Im am so very happy and gratified to witness my clients caste off the masks they have felt they must wear sometimes in order to fit in or to be pleasing. We are not cookie cutter beings. We are meant to be unique even as we share much in common.
One client broke up with a partner because he could no longer hold the role of the one who gives and does not receive. He had not asked for anything not reasonable to expect of love. He has come home to knowing he is worthy.
Another woman who is a highly sensitive person is now true to her rhythms even if she spends a day in bed now and again in order to soothe and replenish herself. She told me how aware of her own moods and ability to handle stimulating situations or not, is these days. She is no longer anxious most of the time. She has come home to her felt sense to her own being.
